Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use StepbyStep Language (“SBSL”, “we”) at sbsl.traviohub.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

SBSL helps you learn languages with everyday sentences, pronunciation, translations, videos, songs and word lists. The site is currently free to use. Some features have daily limits, and we may add, change or remove features over time.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Give a real email address, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Your username is visible to other learners on the leaderboard. Do not choose one that is offensive or pretends to be someone else.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

Please do not:

• try to break into accounts, the site or its servers, or get around its limits;
• copy the site's content in bulk, or use bots or scripts to collect it;
• upload or write anything illegal, hateful, or that you have no right to share;
• use the site to harm, harass or mislead other people.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

The sentences, translations, explanations and design of SBSL belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may use them for your own learning. You may not republish or sell them without our permission.

You keep the rights to anything you write or upload, such as a book page or a lesson you teach. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the feature you are using. Only upload material you have the right to use.

We work to make our content accurate, but translations, pronunciation guides and AI-generated replies can contain mistakes. Use them as a learning aid, not as a professional translation for legal, medical or other important matters.

Videos are played through YouTube, and some links take you to other websites. We do not control that content, and those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

We provide SBSL “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data caused by using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

You can stop using SBSL at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to gurbanzadamurad@gmail.com. We may close accounts that break these terms, or close the service with reasonable notice.

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell signed-in users on the site. Using SBSL after a change means you accept the new terms.
