Questions
Why are some features limited?+
Analysing book pages, reading phrases aloud and the Challenge student all run on AI, and every request has a real cost. Everything else on StepbyStep Language is free without limits.
What counts as one use?+
One analysed book page, one phrase read aloud by the server (phrases your own device can read aloud are free), one message you send in a Challenge, or one Challenge test.
When do the daily limits reset?+
Every day at midnight UTC. Anything you did not use does not carry over.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your word lists, challenges and scores stay.
